About Ruby Collins

Ruby Collins is the founder of Armonía & Co., a bilingual performing arts and life coach, and a passionate advocate for emerging talent. She holds a B.A. in Arts Administration with a concentration in the music industry and a master’s degree in Higher Education. A lifelong performer, Ruby has graced stages nationally—opening for artists like Tito Puente Jr., Aaron Carter, and Lauren Eylise—and has appeared on WYZZ Fox Morning News and in local commercial print campaigns.

After attending the ARTS Convention in 2018, Ruby discovered her calling: coaching. Since 2019, she has advised and trained hundreds of artists through ARTS and beyond—many of whom have secured contracts, awards, and casting opportunities. Some of her most notable success stories include Kayla Malika (Coca-Cola commercial, children’s series creator), Amare Bell (Boss Babes Models, singer), and Cierra Robinson (National American Miss).

Ruby’s approach blends performance coaching with resume prep, professionalism, and early vocal training—helping singers, dancers, actors, and models put their best foot forward. As a performer, educator, new mother, and business owner, Ruby leads with care, faith, and a fierce commitment to helping artists uncover their full potential.
