Clients may request copies or deletion of recordings, subject to retention policies.

Armonía & Co. Policy and Expectations:
These policies are in place to ensure a professional, respectful, and supportive experience for all clients. By booking services with Armonía & Co., you agree to the following:
Payment & Refund Policy

A non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve your first coaching session for multi‑session packages.

The remaining balance is divided into monthly installments, due on either the 1st or 15th of each month. Participants must select their preferred payment date (1st or 15th) prior to signing up, and payments will follow that schedule throughout the duration of the package.

All client accounts must remain in good standing. If an account is not current at the time of a scheduled session, the session will be canceled and may be rescheduled once the account balance has been brought up to date.

All balances must be paid in full prior to the final session.

Single (1) coaching sessions do not require a deposit and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All services are non‑refundable. All sales are final.
Session Format & Location

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom.
-
Clients located in the Cleveland area may request in-person sessions for an additional $30 per session, subject to availability.
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will result in a $30 fee.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

If a participant has not joined the session or communicated with their coach within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled, must be rescheduled, and a $30 late fee will apply.

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the start of the session. If a parent or guardian is not present, the session will be canceled and a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.
Talent Convention & Special Programs

Participation in Talent Conventions or special programs may require an audition and/or invitation.
-
Convention-related packages include registration and coaching support only.
-
Travel, lodging, meals, professional photo shoots, and printed marketing materials are not included and are the responsibility of the participant.

Participation does not guarantee representation, acceptance, or booking.

For performers attending a Talent Convention, the full remaining balance must be paid no later than November 1st.

If the final balance is not paid by the due date, the participant will be transferred to the next consecutive showcase date and assessed a $250 transfer fee.
Communication & Professional Conduct

Timely communication is appreciated for scheduling changes, questions, or concerns.

Armonía & Co. maintains a respectful and professional environment and expects the same from all clients.

Clients are responsible for completing any assigned homework and arriving prepared for each coaching session. Coming unprepared may impact overall outcomes or delay individual progress within the program.

Homework assignments are provided solely to enhance the coaching experience. Clients are not graded and do not receive scores or points for completed assignments.
Armonía & Co. reserves the right to update the privacy and policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance when applicable.
