Over the past several months, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and mentoring performers as they take their first steps into the entertainment industry. While developing talent is an important part of what I do, I’m equally passionate about creating opportunities for artists to learn directly from professionals who have successfully built careers in the fields they aspire to enter.

Through workshops and educational events hosted by Armonía & Co., our artist community has connected with incredible industry professionals, including entertainment consultant, manager, music supervisor, and producer Ian Burke; hip-hop artist, producer, DJ, and educator Jason Rawls; singer-songwriter and inspiring coach iCy; and casting professional Seth Francois. These conversations have provided valuable insight into the realities of building a sustainable creative career.

I’m excited to continue that mission with our upcoming workshop, DIY Artist 101: You Just Gotta Start, featuring Nashville singer-songwriter and music management and marketing professional Sarah Giles. Sarah will share practical strategies for branding, marketing, independent music releases, and audience growth, providing artists with actionable tools they can immediately apply to their careers.

I firmly believe that talent grows when education, mentorship, and community come together. Every workshop, guest speaker, and industry connection is part of a larger mission: helping artists gain the knowledge, confidence, and relationships they need to pursue their goals.
