Package Prices

*Timeline Acknowledgement: I acknowledge and understand the scope and timeline of services provided by Armonía & Co.

*Payment Terms: I agree to the payment terms outlined in the email quote provided by Armonía & Co. I understand the rate, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods, and agree to submit payments accordingly.

*Termination Conditions: I understand that once payment is made, this agreement is non-cancelable. If services do not meet expectations, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns before any refund is considered.

*Client Responsibilities: I understand that success in this coaching experience depends on my (or my child’s) individual effort and preparation. I will ensure the participant comes prepared for each session with any materials required. While Armonía & Co. offers guidance and support, outcomes are not guaranteed, and the company is not responsible if coaching advice is not followed or applied.

*Warranties and Liabilities: I understand that Armonía & Co. offers no warranties. I accept that I (or my child) am responsible for applying what is taught. Armonía & Co.’s liability is limited to the services provided and does not cover additional costs or unforeseen outcomes.

*Dispute Resolution: I agree that any disputes related to this agreement will be governed by the laws of Ohio. We agree to first seek resolution through respectful conversation. If needed, mediation or arbitration will follow before legal action. This process applies regardless of where I reside. Let’s aim for open communication, kindness, and understanding.

*Privacy and Confidentiality: I understand that all personal or sensitive information shared with Armonía & Co. will be handled with care and confidentiality. This information will only be used for communication and coaching purposes and will not be shared without my written permission.

*Photo Usage and Privacy: I agree that any photos I provide to Armonía & Co. for testimonials or marketing may be used publicly. I confirm I have the rights to these images and understand that Armonía & Co. is not liable for any ownership issues. It is my responsibility to ensure all materials are legally cleared for use.

*Work for Hire: I agree that all services provided by Armonía & Co., including music business consulting, coaching, resume support, and administrative help, are considered “work for hire” and are the intellectual property of Armonía & Co.

*Force Majeure: I understand that Armonía & Co. is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, technical issues, or emergency situations. Armonía & Co. will communicate promptly and adjust timelines as needed.
